How to Participate

Express Your Interest: Let your enthusiasm for innovation be known! Reach out to us via the application form below. Share your background, experience, and the reasons you're excited to become a Spark Plug.

Interview and Selection: If your application looks good, our team will schedule an interview with you so we can learn more about your perspective and make sure its a good fit for you to join the program. Successful candidates will be invited to join the Spark Plug team.

Training and Orientation: Once selected, you'll receive comprehensive training and orientation to familiarize you with the BrainstormBot™ Spark Plug program, its tools, and the principles of effective brainstorming participation.

Engagement: As a Spark Plug, you'll actively participate in design sprints and brainstorms, offering insights, asking the right questions, and guiding participants through the design sprint process.

Commitment: We value your dedication and ask that Spark Plugs commit to some training with us before engaging as a “certified” BrainstormBot Spark Plug.

Professionalism: You must maintain a respectful and supportive demeanor throughout interactions with participants. Your role is to inspire and facilitate, creating a safe space for innovative thinking.ntiality of ideas shared during coaching sessions. Uphold the trust placed in you by participants.

Continued Learning: Stay informed about innovation trends, methodologies, and best practices to ensure your guidance remains relevant and effective.

Background: It’s likely that you have a background as an innovator, innovation consultant or coach, a successful entrepreneur, or in higher education. Self-taught innovators from all walks of life are also certainly welcome to participate in this program.
